Mental Health Services (MHS) provides a 16-bed adult psychiatric unit that offers acute short-term care. Our goal is to ensure multi-disciplinary care within a therapeutic setting designed to treat and enhance skills in managing patient recovery. The MHS acute care facility is located in Springfield (Clark County).

Adult Outpatient Services

Outpatient counseling services are provided for individuals, couples, families and groups. MHS assists those needing help with situational problems, including depression, anger, anxiety, stress, family difficulties and grief.
Emergency Services (ES)

ES is a 24-hour service designed to provide immediate treatment and crisis intervention to residents of Madison County. Support, service coordination and advocacy are provided to those facing a psychiatric emergency or life crisis.
Adult Recovery Services

Recovery services include individual, group and family counseling for those needing help with drug or alcohol abuse. Services include an intensive outpatient program for individuals who need more assistance than outpatient support provides, yet less intense assistance than is found with residential care.
